Vibrations of Connection & Pleasure
A TRE + Tantra Evening for Couples
With Ruthi Forer
January 22, 2026- TLV
- 💗 Do you ever feel your body holding tension that gets in the way of intimacy or closeness?
- 💗 Do you feel the need to refresh your intimacy and explore new ways of connecting?
- 💗 Are you tired of endless conversations and want to find a different way to connect?
- 💗 Do you sometimes feel stuck in routine intimate/sexual patterns, and wish for more spark or connection?
- 💗 Are you curious how vibration and tremoring can open your body to deeper connection and pleasure?
This workshop invites couples to explore connection through TRE and Tantra. TRE (Tension Releasing Exercises) helps release stress and tension in the body, while Tantra offers practices that bring awareness to your energy, your senses, and intimacy – helping you connect more deeply with yourself and your partner. Together, these approaches guide you to reconnect with your own body, your partner, and your shared connection.
By the end of the evening, you’ll leave with a simple, practical tool you can do together at home to release tension, awaken your body, move your energy, and reconnect. It’ll help ease stress, enliven your intimacy, and add playful, sensual presence when the usual endless, sometimes looping, conversations aren’t getting you anywhere.
Whether you’re looking to refresh your intimacy, expand your ways of connecting, or simply share a memorable and different kind of experience together, this workshop offers a new path to intimacy, eroticism, presence and curiosity.

About Ruthi
Ruthi is a Somatic therapist specializing in sexuality and Tantra. Focuses on trauma and nervous system regulation using body-based (somatic) tools.
"When our bodies vibrate, our nervous systems come back to baseline. Presence, softness, and openness then become possible, and connection and arousal can flow more naturally"
- Adapted from Dr. David Berceli

About The Facilitators
Ruthi Forer
I’m Ruthi, a Somatic Therapist specializing in Tantra, sexuality, and holistic healing practices. I accompany individuals and couples, in my clinic in Ramat Gan and online, through transformative journeys using a combination of somatic therapy, tantra, nervous system regulation, trauma resilience, mindfulness, and sexual wellness.
My work focuses on helping clients reconnect with their bodies and their innate healing power, cultivating deep self-awareness and embodied change.
In my Tantra workshops, we explore being fully present in the moment, letting go of agendas, and using sexuality as a powerful tool for healing. Through practices like mindful movement, breathwork, and intimacy exercises, I help people break through shame, establish healthy boundaries, and align with their true authenticity.
I am passionate about supporting my clients in accessing their inner potential, fostering transformation, and helping them build more balanced, fulfilling connections with themselves and others.
My name is Ruthi Forer and I'm a VERY curious person.
Hi!
As a dedicated Somatic Practitioner, my commitment lies in assisting you to foster a deeper connection with your body, alleviate tension, and cultivate effective strategies for stress and trauma management. A significant part of my work involves empowering you to connect deeply with yourselves, enabling you to make clear, self-aligned decisions and navigate through your relationships.
Specializing in Sexuality, Tantra, Trauma/nervous system regulation, and Yoga Therapy, my approach is transformative and empowering. I firmly believe in the inherent healing ability within each individual and see my role as a guide in helping you unlock this intrinsic potential. The focus here is on you and how I can support your journey towards self-discovery and healing.
My Approach
My approach blends Yoga Therapy, Embodiment Yoga Principles, Sex Therapy (conversation), dynamic tools from Tantra Therapy, meditation & mindfulness, breathwork, TRE – Tension Releasing Exercises, Nonviolent Communication, Focusing, Family Constellation, Polyvagal Theory, and other somatic (body) approaches.
I offer in-person sessions in Ramat Gan as well as online. I accompany people on a journey to self-healing with these techniques, not only reserved for the field of sexuality.
I take a holistic approach, believing we are an organism comprised of many parts that interact with and influence each other. I am a curious person, empowering you to access your own inner healer and find your own voice and authenticity. I believe in authentic communication and being in touch and attunement with you and your individual pace.
I work deeply, going to the root of the symptoms. I believe whatever issues you’re facing, whether they be illness, physical symptoms, relationship issues, career path, etc, are just presenting symptoms of something far deeper. I help you uncover childhood wounds, patterns, and ways of behavior that are embedded in us, learning how to create and embody real change.
Our work together might confront you and will probably be challenging, and that’s okay! Everything is on the table to openly discuss. I believe the therapist-client relationship is an important one, a microcosmic of what you’ve got going on outside.
There’s no quick fix in healing. It takes time. I believe in “more is less”. Our nervous systems are delicate and need time to process and integrate change. You can sign up for a 10-session process with a very specific goal, but I recommend dedicating yourself to a journey, however long that will take. Because we are working with the body, the process is generally very effective. But it very much depends on you participating in the process.
It’s a cooperative journey, where the dedication and time that you put in will affect the outcome.

Questions And Answers
Tantra is a holistic practice that integrates breath, sound, and movement to awaken more energy in the body, creating a deeper sense of aliveness and connection. While often misunderstood as being solely about sexuality, Tantra is really about presence, embodiment, and how we relate to ourselves and others. It can be a powerful tool for emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and expanding our capacity for pleasure and intimacy.
You’ll only be engaging and in physical touch with your partner. You’ll have the option to participate or take time out to rest. During the lunch or snack breaks, you’re welcome to talk with other participants as it suits you.
There will not be full nudity. Participants are welcome to remove layers down to what feels comfortable, such as staying in underclothes. The focus is on breath, movement, and energy rather than exposure.
Absolutely! The workshop is open to people of all genders, sexual orientations, and identities. We create a safe, inclusive space where everyone can explore and connect with themselves and others, regardless of background or experience.
